The “MRI” person was very professional, respectful, and talked me through the procedure and very supportive. He showed human concern which is dissappointly lacking in the medical field often. I speak that as a retired RN.
Tech made it very easy to feel comfortable
You made a potentially stressful, claustrophobic experience just another medical hoop to jump. The staff and setting was welcoming and calming. Thank you!
Technician was friendly and competent. I felt like even though it was just him and me in the building, I felt safe. Price was very good too. Saves me thousands. My neurologist did say that the images were not as clear as he would have liked though.
The MRI tech checked me in, reviewed my history, and of course, performed the MRI. He was thorough, considerate, explained what he was doing every step of the way. The experience was seamless. Could not have gone better! Thank you for making a potentially frightening procedure completely stress free, very much appreciate it.
Procedure was great. Only issue was my lmages and write up we’re not sent to the Dr even though I provided the name before I departed.
On 5/25/21 my 83 year old mother went for a MRI at NH Open MRI and the technician, Ben, could not have been more amazing. From the moment we arrived he was welcoming and gentle when moving my mother as he understood she was in a great deal of pain. Ben explained the MRI process in a way that she understood. My technician, Ben, is the absolute best. He was beyond helpful with my physical limitations, kept checking with my comfort during the procedure, and fully explained each step as it was happening. Most importantly, Ben genuinely cared about what I’m going through.
