On 5/25/21 my 83 year old mother went for a MRI at NH Open MRI and the technician, Ben, could not have been more amazing. From the moment we arrived he was welcoming and gentle when moving my mother as he understood she was in a great deal of pain. Ben explained the MRI process in a way that she understood. He joked with her and whatever anxiety she had had about the process quickly dissipated. My technician, Ben, is the absolute best. He was beyond helpful with my physical limitations, kept checking with my comfort during the procedure, and fully explained each step as it was happening. Most importantly, Ben genuinely cared about what I’m going through.
