They were very kind and did everything possible to help me get through the MRI of my shoulder despite my claustrophobia. Whew. What a relief! And so much less difficulty than going to a medical center. The ease of scheduling, ease of checking in and of having the procedure in a much more inviting atmosphere all helped make the difference along with the technologist’s friendliness. I highly recommend this even if you don’t have claustrophobia.

Wonderful caring people at NHO MRI. Carmelita the woman who understood my plight and angst about getting this done as soon as possible managed to arrange a time quickly and kept me informed of necessary information in order to make this happen. Ben, the wizard techie behind the curtain was very professional and knowing that I have never had an MRI explained the process in perfect detail and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The technician, Ben, was very helpful. He made the whole experience very easy. I was a little anxious but the way he handled everything put me at ease. It was very efficient and even pleasant.

I had a terrible experience in a closed mri and this took longer but at one point I fell asleep. So it was very comfortable. They did extremely well and appreciate how easy it was!
