Efficient Experienced Kind
Overall, it was a really great experience. The dental assistant was very nice and pleasant and so was Dr. Dawn. She is amazing. She explained everything to me and what she will be doing. Overall very great experience and appointment. 10/10 would recommend her.
This is the third dental practice I’ve used since relocating here from New York and it is by far the most professional. From cleanings to fillings the quality of their work is stellar. The staff is friendly, personable and professional and I always feel comfortable there.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rickert for years. Allison is my hygienist and she’s wonderful both personally and professionally. Dr. Rickert and her staff are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

This office was very helpful and extremely understanding about my dental needs. The office staff took the time to go over insurances and how to file a claim. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for me.
They managed to squeeze me in, in my emergency. Allison (RDH) was quick and efficient, and Dr R was helpful in helping get things resolved
Best dentist I have been to in my adult life.
