Dr Rickert and her staff are wonderful! They are sensitive to the patients concerns, they explain every aspect of each procedure and are extremely focused on each patient and their comfort.
Everyone with whom I interacted today in Dr. Rickert's office was the perfect blend of professional, caring and friendly. Connie & Terry were both “greeters” today with most welcoming of smiles and words. Meghan is a most thorough hygienist, helpful with tips and frequent to ask if I need a break, am comfortable etc.! Dr. Rickert, thank you for being a great dentist and for collecting such a great team!
