The whole staff at new Hope cosmetic dentistry are great people. Dr Rickert is wonderful and caring. Alison my hygienist is great as well.

Went in with an abscess. Dr. Rickert and Megan took very good care of me. The staff overall seems to be very pleasant and professional! Going back next week! Yippee!
As an anxious dental patient, I have to say that each experience exceeds my expectations. The entire staff makes sure that the patient is comfortable. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
Hygienist was thorough & understanding. I would not hesitate to go to her again. Having said that , no one in the office properly advised me in advance that my hygienist for years, Allison, was no longer treating my teeth??

I’ve been with this dentist office for over 7 years now. My teeth have been the healthiest they have ever been. My dental hygienist Allison is wonderful. She is very thorough with cleaning and gentle at the same time.
