Couldn’t get an appointment without a referral and authorization. Was referred to them by my ENT doctor and a referral from my dentist and also received authorization from my insurance. I received and filled out the online form. After doing so I received a appointment time and location, Wrong location. Made it to the right location had to park 2 blocks away. The doctor was very rude and had no patience while I was in his office. He wanted more information on what I came in for. Nobody told me to bring from my regular dentist anything. Had I known I would have done it. And he raised his voice perhaps in frustration of what I came for. I told him I need apical procedure but he needed more information which was way beyond me. Staff was super rude. My young son needed surgery and the staff, well this one woman, was overly rude when we asked about our options and the costs and all that. She became aggravated like we shouldnt ask. It made my son so uncomfortable, we almost left. Terrible experience. Do not put yourself through this. Terrible!!!!

Hello I am extremely upset and disappointed with how my surgery was handled First off it took approximately 6 months to get my insurance contacted by your receptionist. She claims they were unable to reach out to my medical insurance but when I had finally called and gotten the insurance is taken care of the health insurance representatives had explained nobody had reached out to them. Never seen such a unprofessional staff. Stood in waiting area for 35 minutes before anyone came to the window. My appointment was at 1:30 and at 2:30, I approached the window wondering what is going on. They told me maybe another 15 minutes. No one said sorry we are running late. Avoid this practice

The dental and the Dental assistants are great. But the front desk clerk are not the nicest. They should be customer friendly with smile in their face. It was not the way we expected.

went there in 2019 and recently inquired about my records was told that I could come pick them up and when I arrived was told they weren't ready and had to be updated what kind of updating has to be done if I only went there once or twice and it's too years later 😅 I think I may have to have records subpoenaed

I won't ever go back to this place. The doctor that treated me perhaps thought he was dealing with a piece of meat. Horrible & super rough. I've had dental work with other surgeons & never felt the way I felt today, also the assistant seemed like she doesn't care about pts. Remember you didn't do me a favor, there are many surgeons in NJ, this wasn't for free either. My mouth/face is NOT a chunk of meat. Be more care with people's face & mouth & don't be so rough!!!!!

We’ve been going to the practice for years. My son was treated for a broken jaw in the Hackensack office, I’ve had several problems taken care of too in Ridgefield. Now we’re getting wisdom teeth done at the North Bergen office!
