RecommendedI got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taking out last Friday by dr. Wuebbels and I have to say he is the best !! The staff at north Bergen was so helpful through everything from insurance till the day of surgery! My favorite staff girl is robbin she is so helpful and answers any questions you have !! Thank you everyone !!!

First of all I came in for my first visit in the beginning of October it is now November 5th and nothing has been done. This office is outdated they had to mail out my pre authorization and when I called back after a week and a half they're not sure if it went to the right place. The nurse that spoke to me was very rude and nasty. A lot of talk but she wasn't saying anything. I am taking my insurance elsewhere right alone with my referrals. I have no problem with the doctors my, problem is with the office staff. Every time I make an appointment and show up I'm sitting there for an extra 30 to 60 minutes waiting. and they never tell you if the doctor is running late. Today after 30 minutes of waiting I believe they got my file mixed up with someone else matching my first name. I ended up in a room they pulled up X-rays of a mouth and that's when I said that's not my mouth I don't have implants. no apology nothing. They took me back to the waiting room f... read more
