My kids love being a good helper and earning a token for the token tower!
The staff and doctors at New London pediatric dentistry are great! Shelby and Trisha at the front desk are always happy and greet you with a smile. We've seen a few different hygienists and all of them were great with my 3 year old son. I would recommend them to anyone with little ones! Very clean, fun environment for kids dental experience! And the best part, a token at the end of your appt to pick out a prize �
We live in Andover, NH and up until last year we brought our 3 children (ages 9, 7 and 3) to a private dental practice in Concord. We switched to New London Pediatric Dentistry, initially due to scheduling and proximity-their scheduling was much more accommodating and easy to arrange. I'll admit I was nervous going there after reading the reviews, but after 7 visits so far, I love it! They let me go in with my children if they (or I) were uncomfortable... They were absolutely amazing in how they provide care! They have special 'kid-friendly' terms for treatment, they pass all equipment where the child can not see and when they applied 'sleepy drops' (Licocaine) they were able to do it without my child feeling one bit of pain by using distraction and other methods. This Dr. put 5 fillings in my kid a year ago. I was told these fillings would protect his teeth till they fell out. 1 year later I am told they need to be refilled/capped. He claimed it was because my kid wasn’t flossing enough. If that was the case? Why are there no new cavity’s?? His medical explanation, “ I don’t have a crystal ball.” Words of a true professional!! This place is all about the all mighty dollar! This Dr. is a crook and he does not stand behind his work! I highly suggest finding another Dental Office!

On Saturday, my daughter fell and loosened her two front teeth. She is 4. I was not only able to talk to the dentist on call, I was able to text pictures as well as ask questions. On Monday morning I was able to walk right into the office with no appointment, they got her right in for evaluation and x-rays. The dentist was thorough and never made me feel like I was taking time away from other patients.
