It's not very often that we say, "I love going to the dentist", but my kids love going to New London Pediatric Dentistry. It means so much to me that when I tell my girls they have a dentist appointment coming up they are excited!!! Oral health is extremely important but what is more important is that kids feel comfortable and confident while they're at the dentist. We couldnt have asked for a better experience for our first visit! Everyone was so nice and made our son feel very special! We look forward to our next visit!!!
We transferred from Concord to the New London satellite office. On our first visit each child was seen individually one after another. I have 3 kids and I actually had to cut the last appointment short. I explained that I was used to Concord where all 3 were seen at once. Now we schedule two kids at a time and they get into rooms within 5 minutes of each other. Knowing they heard my problem and fixed it going forward really impressed me.
My 11 year old daughter had an extraction and a filling in the same visit. She left smiling. That says it all. Staff and doctors are wonderful.
My son loves going to the dentist here. Great team and they talk to him and not like he isn't there. I would highly recommend them!
