Yes you should contact Kathy. Kathy went well beyond what one might expect from a real estate agent. She was familiar with the area and was able to provide information and recomendations regarding our new home. Since we did not live in the area and could only visit the home briefly Kathy made numerous visits to the home for us. She was present for inspections of the home and kept in constant contact with us.
Kathy was extremely helpful and went way beyond the call of duty in helping us buy our new home. Since we did not live locally we relied on Kathy for just about everything including arranging for power connection, being present for inspection, and numerous visits to the new home prior to our arrival. We highly recommend Kathy for your home purchase or sale.

As first time home-buyers, Kathy made us feel very comfortable and informed throughout the entire process of seeking and purchasing our home.
