As a seller I found Kathy difficult to work with. Issues on house photos and lack of signage with contact phone number gave a less than professional interaction and was detrimental to the overall efforts to market our house. I'm sorry that this seller did not have a good experience working with me. Successful listings require cooperation between the agent and the seller. The seller had very specific ideas about how things should be done that I thought were detrimental to the successful marketing of the property. He was unwilling to listen to my advice.
