I have taken my dog there for a little over 2 years now and i have loved it up until now. I have recommended Pet Paradise to many of my friends and family, but recently they have been off their game. i went to pick up my dog from day care and they mixed her up with a dog that was supposed to be in VIP all day. Thankfully the dog didn't need meds or special food because they would have accidentally given it to my dog. They look exactly alike and I can understand the mistake. Literally the only boarding place I'll take my dog. Pet Paradise is great. Love that they have webcams so you can check in on your dog. They have a vet on site in case play time gets too rough and someone gets hurt. Great supervision as they always have someone out there with the dogs interacting. Pick up and drop off are super easy. They are so clean and the play yards are so clean. That was my hang up about so many other boarding places. We loved this facility, and so did our dog! It's beautiful, clean, and staffed with cheerful, caring individuals, who love dogs.
Great facility but incredibly high prices, especially during holidays. We paid around $55 a night for boarding. Astro Kennels 2 was $25 a day. If you are out of town for a week, can you afford a $300-350 boarding bill? Some can, most can't.
Our golden retriever had a great time at Pet Paradise! He was so worn out after his "Get Acquainted" day, we will definitely be back. The facility is very nice and well-taken care of. We got great pictures and a cute report card for him after his visit. The pull-up drop-off area is very convenient so you don't have to go find a parking spot. What an amazing place! Happy to know it's a franchise, too...my pup was very happy and no bad report. Wouldnot go in the pool...but that's ok, isnt used to it. Nice to know there is a pool. Maybe next time I will bring a lifejacket. I was very impressed. Staff, cleanliness , options with boarding rooms, vet on premises at all times, wellness plan available...Wow! My pup just conked out when we arrived home ...I know from a happy and full day.
Extremely disorganized. Wasted a trip this morning due to the call center not transferring the documents that I set up prior. I was not told certain details, such as that my dog would be separated and would have alone play because he is not currently neutered. Fine, I guess it would be okay for him to be 'alone' because that's what it would be like at home, but let's just pay for it now right? But why is it required to hang out with your dog for 4 HOURS the first day? 1 hour seems sufficient. I have cleared my schedule over ... read more
