Dr.Haas is so good with my 4 dogs and their health. She remembered we were moving out of the country and looked up shots needed for our dogs months before we are to leave. What a great and thorough vet! I love having my pets at Pet Paradise and New Day Vet. I can finally have fun when I leave them because I have no stress about the care they are getting! They spoil them!! Would not take them anywhere else!

New Day has been wonderful!! A grooming appt opened up last minute at their location & I called and they were willing to move around my vet appt so everything would align. Jeffery is awesome, he is so friendly & helpful!!! I was so appreciate when he called and walked me through everything and assured me they'd send updates etc. He made it so easy and reassuring for me.

Dr. Haas and the vet techs here are very kind and helpful! I took my pet Patches in for a check up following an I&D of an abscess to see how she was healing, and Dr. Haas gave me tips on things to watch out for as well as well as products to use to better help Patches heal. Not only did she do a thorough examination for her acute condition, but she also checked her general well being by assessing her body habitus and teeth/ nails. I have taken my dog there for a little over 2 years now and i have loved it up until now. I have recommended Pet Paradise to many of my friends and family, but recently they have been off their game. i went to pick up my dog from day care and they mixed her up with a dog that was supposed to be in VIP all day. Thankfully the dog didn't need meds or special food because they would have accidentally given it to my dog. They look exactly alike and I can understand the mistake. Literally the only boarding place I'll take my dog. Pet Paradise is great. Love that they have webcams so you can check in on your dog. They have a vet on site in case play time gets too rough and someone gets hurt. Great supervision as they always have someone out there with the dogs interacting. Pick up and drop off are super easy. They are so clean and the play yards are so clean. That was my hang up about so many other boarding places. Great facility but incredibly high prices, especially during holidays. We paid around $55 a night for boarding. Astro Kennels 2 was $25 a day. If you are out of town for a week, can you afford a $300-350 boarding bill? Some can, most can't.

Our golden retriever had a great time at Pet Paradise! He was so worn out after his "Get Acquainted" day, we will definitely be back. The facility is very nice and well-taken care of. We got great pictures and a cute report card for him after his visit. The pull-up drop-off area is very convenient so you don't have to go find a parking spot.
