What an amazing place! Happy to know it's a franchise, too...my pup was very happy and no bad report. Wouldnot go in the pool...but that's ok, isnt used to it. Nice to know there is a pool. Maybe next time I will bring a lifejacket. I was very impressed. Staff, cleanliness , options with boarding rooms, vet on premises at all times, wellness plan available...Wow! My pup just conked out when we arrived home ...I know from a happy and full day.
Extremely disorganized. Wasted a trip this morning due to the call center not transferring the documents that I set up prior. I was not told certain details, such as that my dog would be separated and would have alone play because he is not currently neutered. Fine, I guess it would be okay for him to be 'alone' because that's what it would be like at home, but let's just pay for it now right?
