I took my dog in for an emergency visit on Saturday, I knew he wasn't feeling well and was told he was having muscle spasms and given muscle relaxers and an anti-inflammatory. She said he had a little fever but it was nothing to be concerned about. Was told by an employee that we would not be charged a recheck fee and that the boosters for vaccines were cheaper then initial shot. This information was false. They refused to credit the recheck exam fee of $42 after telling us we would not be charged. Never going back.
Have 3 pets that go there and I called at 8 am yesterday because I had a question about their medications and didn't get a call back so I called again at 2 and they said oh yea she's busy she will call you in a little bit. And nothing. The amount of money I have spent there and they still don't care about my animals. It's all about the money I guess.
