Kelly in the Boarding facility is amazing. My dog is a bit nervous but she really trusts Kelly. Dr. Fain and the staff are incredible and caring. The customer service and extended hours are so wonderful. We are so grateful for this top notch animal care on the island.
Our dog got acutely sick and we didnt have a vet in the area. Took us in on a Saturday. Staff was so kind and loving.
Our bulldog Bruno ate a raisin bagel and we rushed him to the hospital to have him taken care of as a precaution given how toxic raisins/grapes can be. The whole staff and Dr. Pasierb were absolutely wonderful. They took him in immediately, delivered the right care, and talked us through the whole process. Thank you!!
From diagnosis to death Newport Animal Hospital made me feel like Bruce was the only dog that mattered. His vet always returned my calls quickly, on weekends and after business hours more than once. From the receptionists to vet techs and Dr. Wirth they all made me feel like he was the only animal they were caring for.
Our Golden Retriever, Cooper, was a very sick boy and unfortunately just never got any better. We were lucky enough to be his "parents" for almost 10 really wonderful years and we will miss his sweet ways every day. Dr. Walker and Lindsay were so kind and caring while we made a very difficult decision and we won't ever forget how compassionate they both were. The care we ALL received was nothing short of the very best.
