toured - met with [name removed] - she was very informative about her residence and I was very impressed on how much she cares and loves her profession - I liked her approach on how she cares for her residence, but feel Dad is a little more independent and active - not a good fit yet in his journey

The Go Team Therapy Dogs have been visiting Pacifica for one year now! The staff is always welcoming when we visit. The residents are well cared for in a clean, caring environment, We look forward to our 2nd year!

I am very impressed with the staff. They work hard with little recognition. The feedback we receive helps us with our doctors. The staff issues medications so we don't have to worry about medication. One staffer give every resident a hug at the end of her shift.
