HORRIFIED The worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. My son went in once (Dec of 2018) for x-rays and we waited until June 2019 for Dr. Drennon to fill my sons tooth. He went in once, and was very frightened due to it being his very first filling (needles, drills, etc. is very scary for a 5 year old). He waived his hands and told her to stop because it hurt. HE HAS A CUT ON HIS LIP where the clamp was to keep his mouth open due to it opening up his mouth too wide. The poor thing is HORRIFIED. The office call... read more

Push X-rays when teeth are fine Brought our 4 year old for his 6 month cleaning checkup and the doctor and the hygienist told us he was "probably getting cavities and needed full mouth crays@. Child didn't cooperate nonetheless they tried. Followed up with another local dentist Doctor Swanson in Portsmouth and our 4 year old "isn't probably getting cavities" and has "no need for X-rays". We were told repeatedly that dr Drennon and her staff push for X-rays and more services. Never went back. Our child is 5 and still has a be... read more

Lots of care and attention! My daughter loves the treasure chest, waiting area and shades to wear. Everyone listened to my concerns and explained everything well. Neat, clean, and organized!
