Your staff, as always, was gentle, calming, and kid friendly. Dr. Drennon moved quickly and efficiently while conducting a not so pleasant procedure on our son. As an elementary teacher, I so appreciate all of the "little things" that make your practice so wonderful - from the child centered office set up to the child sensitive language you use with patients. Please know that your warm and professional interactions with these tiny patients does not go unnoticed.
The hygienists are fantastic. They are so kind and gentle. I love how they explain each step, show the equipment, talk while the exam is in progress and letting my kids know how it might be easier for them if they adjusted how they are holding their lips, for example. It is a calm and friendly environment. It makes for a pleasant experience, thus, no worries about your next visit.
You all were very friendly and very informational. My sons first dental experience was nothing like I had visioned in my head.
Care was excellent, but as we do not have dental coverage, I found it to be very expensive. Double the price of the last dentist.

I called Dr Drennon's office on a Monday morning because, over the weekend, a wire on my son's spacer had dislodged and was scraping the inside of his cheek/tongue. The receptionist was sympathetic and quickly checked to see if he could be fit in to be seen the same day. We were given an appointment less than an hour from my call. When we arrived and were seen, the Dr. was wonderful and quickly resolved the issue. I was very impressed by everyone we interacted with during the visit.
