They have rude and unhelpful staff that is super friendly to you until after you have paid for their services. After that its a big F U if you require any sort of follow-up attention as a result of issues from a procedure. They would not even email my wife's medical information so that she could apply for FMLA, they told her that she should have "showed up for work and filed documents to seem like you were working" (she is not a secretary, no part of her job involves filing documents).
