This office *had* me excited to have my wisdom teeth gone!!! They keep me well-sedated during surgery and the staff were wonderfully friendly to me while I was there. The office was quick to book me, quick to remove my 4 wisdom teeth and then quick to drop me off on the curb after. The quote was 3x less on the phone than what it actually was in person. Literally minutes before my procedure I had to stop and complete more paperwork because the quote changed and I needed to pay more. After vomiting 6 of my 12 pain medication p... read more

Dr M is a wonderful surgeon and I had a great experience with my wisdom teeth removal being quick and painless however the administrative side could use a serious makeover and better communication skills.

I went here on 04/06 to get a wisdom tooth out with a referral from my own dentist. I was told the day prior by my own dentist that I would receive a call from this place within a half hour. The whole day went by and no phone call, but I had watched my dentist schedule the apt so I went anyway. When I arrived the receptionist had me fill out new patient paperwork and scanned my insurance card and shortly after I was called for my apt. The assistant took a panoramic X-ray and I was seen by the dentist to explain the procedure... read more

If you blindly visit this practice because your dentist referred you, expect to spend 2 hours for a simple consultation -- 1.5 hours of that is waiting for the dentist to grace you with his presence. At the end of the two hours, they will surprise you with the $500+ consultation fee. Do not trust your dentist who might be part of this scam. Do your own research. I found a more reputable practice that will perform the same procedure for less than 1/2 the cost and only a $110 consultation fee.

They had my first review deleted after they violated HIPAA laws. So here we go with another review! Patients BEWARE! The staff is very rude, and completely blindsided us. When calling to book my daughters consult I specifically asked out any and all out of pocket expenses. I was told that would all be discussed at the consult. The day came, they rushed my daughter into the room, took a CT Scan and THEN said to my husband "this isn't covered by insurance, you owe (just under) $400 today!" I asked numerous times to speak to so... read more

I was so terrified when I walked into the office to get my wisdom teeth out. I've had a bad experience with another practice the last time I had to get an extraction so I'm sure I looked/sounded like a crazy lady... They made it as least miserable as possible for me. Honestly them being able to play music for me was what put me at ease the most. UPDATE : Came back in after two days straight of excruciating pain that was progressively getting worse. Definitely nerve pain. The doctor turned into a raging asshole out of nowh... read more

Dr.Moavenian is a very skilled dentist but his staff are very cunning. They will make you to undergo unnecessary investigations and make you pay for it when the insurance does not pay for it. BEWARE OF HIS CUNNING STAFF!
