Fast Easy and Fun Nick honestly made the refinancing process enjoyable. I thought the process would be long and drawn out. Not with Nick, he is attentive to detail, explains things very thoroughly and pushes the process forward. He answered every question and made sure everything made sense for me and my family. Nick has an A sense of humor and made the experience enjoyable not to mention he was able to help us greatly with our mortgage payment. I could not recommend Nick more highly.

Easy process Nick made this process easy and seamless. He gave me great options and helped me to make informed decisions. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my mortgage was sent through to another company and not who we thought but that wasn’t Nick’s decision.

This was a very good experience. Nick Darling really helped me navigate the challenges associated with my refinancing. From my point of view, I was giving personal information to a stranger. However, Nick's manner was confident, but very easy going, allaying my apprehensions. He tactfully told me what to do, in what order, by when. When I needed to pay my home owners insurance one year in advance but my insurance company would not accept a future payment, he served as a middleman and resolved the issue. Nick was very knowledgeable. Nick walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He responded promptly and I would refer him to my family, friends and coworkers. I give him a 10 star.
