So easy and stress-free with Nick I expected the refinance process to be stressful, difficult and not personable. Wrong! Nick made everything so easy and although we did everything remotely, I know I got service with a smile. It was a very good experience I was thankful to have found Nick to remortgage my home. I had never done this type of loan on my own and I didn't really understand the process but It went smoothly as Nick answered all my questions and I had I had a lot of them. He never got once got upset with me when I didn't understand and he stayed very professional through the whole process. I feel he was very honest with me about everything. I would recommend him to my family and friends without any hesitation.
