RecommendedThanks to Dr. B at Nichol's, our cat Bob is doing incredible. She is very knowledgeable about new treatments and medications. Bob had an accident before we adopted him that left his rear left leg usable, but not anything near normal. As he's grown up, he's been getting more issues with it causing him pain. Dr. B was able to inform us and prescribe a new antinflamitory made for cats. She even called the maker of the med on our behalf to let us know definitively how long he can take the medication as needed. So far, Bob has on... read more
RecommendedMy Dad started taking our furkids here in 1966 back when Dr Nichols Sr. was still living. He was a great man. The Clinic staff here is great! I always see Dr Pam Bilbry. She is FANTASTIC!

I lost one due to multiple health issues this week, and even with as heartbreaking as the situation was, your vets and staff were extremely careing and compationate. I’m not one to leave a review anywhere unless it’s a positive one, but today’s experience with Nichols justifies this review. I made an appointment for 1:00, weeks ago for a couple vaccines that my dog was due for. I checked in and noticed the entire waiting room was full (as well as people waiting in their cars outside). I figured ok, it’s a holiday and midday- glad I have an appointment. RecommendedThey use to be good but they have completely gone down hill! The staff sit up front talking amongst themselves & ignore clients that come in. They never answer the phones & when they do they leave you in hold &never come back. I was on hold for 1 hour &20 minutes until I drove up there (still on hold) & told them that flashing light is me on hold. oh sorry it's all I got. did they change no! they r not answering their phone or returning ur messages. I've been trying to make an appt for my dog. I have left 3 messages, as they say to do on their automated system but no return phone call from them!
Every time I schedule an appointment I have to wait forever. Today, almost a two hour wait. Can’t complain about the doctors or staff. They are all wonderful . My time is too valuable . Unfortunately it’s time to find a new vet.
