For real it’s 2020 and you don’t have an answering service set up on your phone system ? We were waiting over ten minutes outside and when you answered and said you sent our dogs vaccine to PetsMart, that wasn’t true because when we got there it wasn’t sent . So attempting to call 20 times to simply get an unavailable tone is beyond frustrating . Please answer your phone or set up answering service where you can wait on hold. It’s not that hard
After being told it would be around a 1 hr wait. I still have not seen or heard from anyone 4 hrs later. All I needed was pills to help with a skin allergy. Needless to say I had to leave. Horrible system they have. Highly "NOT" recommended.
I have used this clinic for many many years. Since the pandemic they have changed immensely ! You can not get an appointment for at least a month when you call and the walk-in appointments are very lengthy. I've waited at well all ver 2 hours as a walk-in. The girls working there are rude, loud and very disrespectful. I do not recommend them at all.
They tel you to be there 15 minutes early. Also to call to let them know you are here.. Still hasn’t answered the phone. To me they should be here at 8 so they can get everybody in like they tell you.. Has to be a better way to run this office ... If they were more organized they would be a better clinic.. The reason I do go is that they do care about my animals. Just need a better system
They must stop declawing cats and kittens.This vet declawed a kitten knowing the owner adopted this kitten from a rescue and she signed an agreement that they would not declaw the kitten. Then, they gave the kitten back to the rescue w/ all 4 paws declawed. Cruel, heartless and greedy vets.

This procedure is performed at many facilities in the state of Michigan and is done only with proper consent of the verified owner of the patient who has requested and consented to the procedure. It is preformed in a medical facility by trained surgeons with complete surgical monitoring and pain management. My experience here was horrible. The doctor completely mislead me about the situation I had with my dog. When I called and spoke to them about it, they were so rude and demeaning. I will never bring my pet here again.
my puppy went in for a shock a paralyzed Tim and eventually had to put him down because they don't know how to give shots
I have gone to Nichols for about 20 years now. Just last summer they saved my Chloe’s life. Just yesterday they saved her front leg from a huge tumor! I cannot say enough about this place! 20 plus years and several pets later, I will never go anywhere else! Thank you all so much! Love, Chloe, Gotti & Bonnie!❤️
Terrible customer service. I heard this place was going downhill. I came here last year to pick up some nexgard chewables for my pug. They dispensed them no problem. This year they need an " exam" to make sure he's " healthy". As they changed their " policy". Although they could not say why or what they where looking for in an exam. I'm a struggling single father that can't afford an exam fee. Just another vet office all about the $$$$$ and not the animal.
