First of all, I got a 3.1% rate on my refi. Nick was very informational about how interest rates may be calculated by companies. I don't believe I could have done better. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Nick was very efficient with the process and was able to get my refi done quickly and at a great rate. My new refi rate lowers my monthly mortgage about $150 a month. Thanks, Nick.
