Nick was very helpful and communicative in all respects. He always was available when I called and returned emails and calls quickly. My only problem with the entire experience was the documents requirements from the underwriters. I felt many requests were not relevant and unnecessary.
Nick made my first experience of purchasing a house (not really knowing anything), SO easy and eased all my trepidation regarding the process.
