Nick looked at my clients big picture, advised them of their options and communicated with them the whole transaction. We were selling their home to purchase a replacement property. The Buyers lender had 2 weeks head start and was was 3 days late. Nick had our loan docs ready 5 days ahead of the other lender. He uses a CALENDAR. What a concept. My clients loved him.

NICK WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND HELPFUL. IN AN AREA WHERE WE HAD NO EXPERIENCE, HIS KNOWLEDGE WAS ESSENTIAL IN GUIDING US THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE ALWAYS KEPT US INFORMED DURING THE PROCESS. HE ALSO MADE SURE TO TELL US THAT HE WOULD REMAIN AVAILABLE EVEN AFTER OUR LOAN, AND HOUSE PURCHASE, WERE COMPLETE.
