Nick is amazing! He communicated throughout the whole process and went above and beyond in helping my wife and I! We had a complex loan application with many twists and turns as we worked through it. Nick is very knowledgeable and guided us through to get the loan successfully completed. Absolutely amazing customer service. I have used Nick V with Capstone twice now. The first was with a VA Loan and the second a conventional loan. The whole team is knowledgable and easy to reach. Nick communicates timely, checks in, listens, and has your best interest at heart. He takes the time to explain the process to you and help keep things organized. They have an app which makes uploading documents easy and tracking the loan process. I trust Nick and his recommendations
