Nick was very difficult to get in touch with, he would sometimes respond to messages and phone calls.. at his leisure, details were often left out such as our closing costs which were supposed to be included in the loan, resulting in a large sum of money that we had to come up with. With his lack of drive and effort we had to extend our closing date twice due to him dropping the ball. I have been told that Nick is fantastic. Yet there has been something going on for him personally that is impacting his ability to achieve success. I just completed two separate transactions with Nick and I truly thought Murphy's law was in effect but it totally was some sort of distraction keeping Nick from doing any sort of acceptable work. I'm surprised any of my transactions went thru. I would NOT recommend Nick. It has been an utter disaster with poor work, failed disclosures, and having to extend multiple times due to ... read more
