the guided us every step of the way, there were no surprises, everything moved judiciously. nigel, was very helpful from the very first day, and made sure that I knew what documents are needed. the guided us every step of the way, there were no surprises, everything moved judiciously. we closed and the closing went just as promised. I loan funded as described and as promised.I rate was significantly better than what we had before and we will be saving more than $500 a month.

Give him your first choice and you will be glad you did. We were very impressed with the speed of the loan, everything went on right in line, less than 2 weeks we had the best loan for our needs.We also had two daughters go through Nigel and they were very happy with the results they received.
