Easy process Nigel is very knowledgeable about creative ways to set up a mortgage. I was not aware of gift equity, and he explained that the best way to handle my mortgage was with gift equity. He made the process easy and with little stress.

Fast, informative, and helpful This was our first time buying a home and have heard horror stories of people going through the process. I can honestly say my experience was hastle free. Nigel understands how credit works! Nigel was always available to answer any questions we had. He and his terrific team kept me updated on everything that was happening throughout the process.
