Nigel and his team were Excellent Nigel and his team at Axiom were fantastic. They got me an exceptionally low rate and worked faster than I thought was possible with a VA Loan. Even when given last minute deadlines from the builder, Nigel was able to quick turn paperwork and always make sure that Axiom would never be a reason for any delays. Easy process Nigel is very knowledgeable about creative ways to set up a mortgage. I was not aware of gift equity, and he explained that the best way to handle my mortgage was with gift equity. He made the process easy and with little stress.
