My shopping experience was a bit challenging in today's world of complications related to purchasing a vehicle, but my overall experience with Zach was very pleasant. His demeanor was excellent and made me feel comfortable with my shopping experience. Zach even went above and beyond by texting me photos of the exact car they did not have on the lot prior that was on the lot the following day. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Everything was very good. The wait time was not that long and staff was courteous.

Great experience with Zack Mooney with initial purchase. We love our 2023 Nissan Rouge. Made appointment for 5000 service for sept 3rd. Only our second time at the dealership…..we turned into driveway as we saw sign on building “ service reception”. All doors were locked …no one in sight. Drove down the hill and went to that door. Locked. Fortunately a man came out and ask if we were looking for Nissan service and directed us to the location. . This was frustrating. Not good signage. Wonderful experience at Nissan of Athens. Kyle was very professional and patient with my questions. He was also very knowledgeable and put me at ease with the car buying experience. Leonard in the finance department was also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Nissan of Athens.
