Tried to have car serviced in Conyers and they were not helpful at all. Athens was very accommodating and understanding. Well worth the drive.

Had an exceptional customer service experience. Nate Sartain was my service advisor. My service was on a Saturday. We encountered a warranty procedural barrier that was difficult to manage because it was the weekend. Nate put my needs as a customer first and found a solution that allowed my kids and me to be safe on the road. I drive a group of carpool kids one hour away on Monday mornings at 6:45 am.
