I did not expect to walk out as a new owner of a car. I came in just to look at what your dealership had to offer on your new and used vehicles. Christiana made my experience so delightful. She was very courteous and knowledgeable on every car we looked at. She was NOT an annoying saleswoman just doing her job. She actually made me feel relaxed and feel as her friend rather than another sale. I will definitely be back when a friend or family member is need of a new vehicle.
Although I didn't buy from Nissan of Sacramento I did purchase from Christiana. No matter what dealership she goes to I will always come to her. She helped me get into the car of my dreams. She was friendly, helpful and even though my credit was not the best she did not give up or judge me she worked very hard to get me approved and before I knew it I was driving away in my dream car. I have to compliment the sales manager Joseph Vo for his excellent treatment of us. This is the third Nissan I have purchased from Joseph Vo. Not only do I receive excellent care from Joseph, I also get very good deals on the car I am buying. I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service given by Joe Vo, Sales Manager at Nissan of Sacramento. I stopped by to get my Infiniti G35 serviced and also to have the bottom of my car checked (there has been a scraping sound whenever I drive that I couldn't quite put my finger on). Had an easy,no pressure experience. Johnny was professional and very patient. Took me three trips in to finally make a purchase because of my work schedule which he was very accommodating.
This is my second purchase at this dealership, and have been bringing my car for servicing here as well for the past four years. The customer service is great, nice facility, and friendly staff.
I saw the car I was interested in on the website. Went to the dealership and it turned out to be the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Johnny was very personable. There was no pressure which I was extremely happy about.
