Coming in that day I was not expecting to purchase new car . After talking to Fred and taken in consideration of my old car he was very understanding in what I needed And what I can afford . I would truly recommend my friends and family to nissan Sacramento for theyre next new cars they treat you with the highest respect . And Alex he was super understanding and very nice .
I finally was able to purchase my first new vehicle Christiana made all of it possible and her manager Johnny worked hard to get me financed. I went to other dealerships but no one could help me get a vehicle I actually liked... Christiana and Johnny made it possible and I will always be thankful for that.
I had spoken with Robert T. on the phone about a vehicle I saw on the website and he invited me to come and test drive it. I arrived at the location and the facilities and cars were pristine in appearance. Robert was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions, and he was very receptive to my financial parameters. If not for his patience and understanding, I might've looked elsewhere...? I will definitely return when its time for another new or used car :-)
The lease on my 2013 Nissan Altima was due in 2 months so I dropped by Nissan of Sacramento to explore my options although I was leaning towards keeping my car since it had very low mileage and has been kept very well maintained. Not only was he patient with me during all of my questioning but he was truly kind and thorough throughout the entire process.
