My heat wasn't working and I only had to wait a few hours to get my car back
New service guy was doing his best but was strongly urging me to get additional things done to my car that was not necessary but he kept saying i needed it
The service was ok it took a little longer than expected but over all it was ok
The service was satisfactory. I just don’t like when the service advisor tries to upswell me. Also I asked for and was told my car would be washed and it wasn’t.
First time coming here and I will be back to do all my maintenance! Yvonne addressed all my concerns and even kept me updated when she was off of work with the help of another advisor.
