The manager David solved the problem. The miscommunication with the service rep was fixed immediately
This doesn't reflect Torrance Nissan in anyways. However my 2012 Murano with mear 52700 Miles required CVT Transmission replacement and Air Conditioner Blower had to be replaced as well. I ended up spending close to $ 6K. I called Nissan North America who were not much help, although there is a Class Action Law Suit for the Transmission Issue, they ignored stating that my Car is passed Warranty period. Good service I brought my car for preventative maintenance and brake flush and I purchased parts for Torrance Nissans here.
This was my first time at Nissan Torrance, we recently relocated from Las Vegas, NV. Had following issues: 1. Car wasn't washed when it was delivered for pickup after completion of service 2. Car had a 'Service Engine Soon' light on! Had never seen that light before. For both the issues, had to return to Alisha's desk to have it corrected. Every time I bring my car in for the routine maintenance it is a pleasant experience. I have never been made to pressured to accept the upsell maintenance. Every service advisor I land with has been knowledgeable and kind.
Overall experience was great and Jesus was very helpful to find a right car for me.
The service was very quick and easy as well as convenient. Jimmy is friendly and straight to the point.
