We were convinced we were going to have to rehome our puppy Diesel (cattle dog). At nearly a year old, he was challenging our pack, and we had some other unexpected life situations that made Diesel’s numerous challenging behaviors overwhelming. We felt like we were failing him. Zack at No Leash Needed provided Diesel with the structure, attention, and consistency he needed for success, which showed us what was possible... we have to work hard too, but with daily support and feedback from Diesel’s trainer, we know we are doin... read more

Thank you Kerri for doing what we and everybody else thought was the impossible! Our sweet (but crazy!) Belle is so much better! It’s still a process, but she really learned from you and we did too! We appreciated your professionalism, patience, and a good positive approach. The NLN staff was very good to work with also. We were very glad we chose them. Thank you!

Lucca graduated yesterday from his weekly training class. Kerri has done wonders with him and we can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend NLN if you want a dog that listens to you. We adopted our 13 month old shepherd / ?boxer? mix from a rescue center in February. They told us he had “high energy” but we thought that could be a good thing. After getting him home, we quickly realized what they meant. He jumped on us, nipped, ran like a race horse through the house, jumped up on the furniture, dug holes in the back yard... read more

My dog, Sandy, just finished a month long day training program with NLN. Our trainer Kerri was amazing with Sandy, teaching both of us a ton! She was patient with every step and loved Sandy just like one of her own. Zach was fantastic as well and even hopped in my car one day to help teach me how to get my pup to want to get in the car. These two are class acts! The training was simple for me to understand, which is important since I'll need to be consistent at home. The one on one sessions were extremely valuable, too! All ... read more

We rescued Rosie about a year ago. She was so scared and anxious! Due to her anxiety level, she wasn't the best behaved or happy dog. Thanks to Kerri at NLN in St. Charles, she has come so far! She walks much better on her leash, she comes when she is called, and 'places' when we need her to stay. Rosie can even burn off energy on the treadmill when the weather doesn't allow us to walk outside! Kerri has done a wonderful job with Rosie and especially, Rosie's parents!

The puppy preschool program was great for our goldendoodle Millie! Kerri was very easy to work with and taught Millie so much in two weeks. We’d be very likely to use the classes again should we ever need them

Our dog, Bear, just LOVES going to day camp at NLN St. Charles. He's so excited when we tell him where we're going and can't wait to get out of the car when we get there. We have also boarded him there several times and it gives us peace of mind to know that he's playing and having fun all day while we're gone, instead of sitting in a kennel by himself. He has a great time with the staff and the "puppies". The staff seems to know all the dogs by name and always greets them with a smile every time we go. We recently en... read more

My Marley knows when it’s his day to go to No Leash, he will whine and cry till we are in the car on our way. When we get there he runs to the door. Then when I pick him up, he sleeps all the way home.
