RecommendedEveryone is so nice and the facility is very clean. Our dog is very skittish and doesn’t care for men. I took Wilson in on Tuesday and he was very reluctant to get out of the car and then didn’t want anyone putting on or taking off the slip leash. He went back Wednesday and wagged his tail when we pulled up, still a bit skittish. But on Thursday he hopped in the car tail wagging, got out and did not hesitate at all going in. Wilson loves No Leash Needed and so do we!!!
RecommendedWe LOVE No Leash Needed, the staff takes great care of our Jax. They treat our fur baby like he's one of their own. They are always friendly and have quick morning drop-offs (nice when your are rushing around in the morning). We highly recommend them for boarding, training, or day camp. Kerri, one of the trainers, taught us so much. When Jax is at daycamp, we know he is happy and in great hands!

They did an outstanding job training her on all her commands and training us as owners on how to keep up with her training at home. Everyone at No Leash Needed-St. Charles were amazing to work with. The front desk staff knew us and our dog so well and always had fun stories to tell us. RecommendedI would recommend No Leash Needed St. Charles to any of my friends and family. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I learned so much from Kerri with our one on one training and she answered any questions we had. RecommendedThis place is the best! The staff is so wonderful and the whole drop off experience is fun! Our Frenchie Sami loves it here. Zach and trainers were great and we learned a lot!! Sami just attended day camp and Loved It. She is soooo excited to come to NLN and the staff and other small dogs are her friends! Thanks for the care and attention provided.
RecommendedNo Leashed Needed has been great with our two huskies, Luna and Orion. Luna especially has been a difficult customer with her neck sensitivity (due to her being abused before we rescued her). The staff and the trainers have worked with her to get her more used to strangers putting slip leads on her, as well as accommodating us by just taking our leashes instead of making her use a slip lead if she is having a bad day.
