Elizabeth was so quick to respond to confirm our tour and I was so surprised since most places I was looking at took about a week to reach back out to me. At tour she was very professional yet amicable. We decided we want to live here! The process was so quick and painless and the value of living here is well worth it. Id recommend it to anyone at all! I love living here already.

Verified Renter After touring several different apartment complexes in the Hyde Park/South Tampa, I am confident I made the right choice. Everything about this complex is amazing, from the residents to the leasing office to the amenities. Elizabeth was the best! She actually cares and wants you to find the perfect apartment for your needs. When I toured she stayed late past the office closing in order to accomodate my work schedule. Live here if you want the best value for your money in South Tampa.
Verified Renter KatyJane was nothing short of incredible. She welcomed my family with open arms and answered any and all types of questions to ease my transition of moving. My building is quiet, but my neighbors have been extremely welcoming and even offered help while I was moving in. Having a dog friendly community with amenities such as a pool and a versatile gym were musts for me. NoHo was able to deliver all of my wants and needs including an amazing location.
