Verified Renter I love Noho! My wife and I have been here for about a year and a half. Brenda and the office staff are amazing. The maintenance crew is spectacular. The CARES team has awesome events. We love it!

2 year review Just moved out after 2 years at NoHo, and I couldn't have been happier with life there. Everything from the logistics of moving in, life at NoHo, and transitioning out (mail, bills, keys, et.c) was comfortable and smooth. Of course there are going to be some complaints with any apartment complex, but the real defining attribute of NoHo was the way that the leasing office, maintenance, and upper management handle issues. I've dealt with each of those three in my time at NoHo and was amazed at the professionalism... read more

Super Nice! Great apartments with even better amenities! Pool, gym,and a lounge with free wifi and cable t.v.'s in each building. The have events several times a month for their residents and offer valet trash. Animal friendly, gated parking lot and offer garages and storage units for rent. Over all a great place to live!

Noho Flats The floorplans and common areas are openly designed and stylish. The pool areas feature cabanas, which are incredibly useful for a day by the water. The location leaves a little to be desired, but its still relatively adjacent to downtown. Maintenance staff is extremely friendly and repairs are done quickly and with a smile.
