Verified Renter I love Noho! My wife and I have been here for about a year and a half. Brenda and the office staff are amazing. The maintenance crew is spectacular. The CARES team has awesome events. We love it!
2 year review Just moved out after 2 years at NoHo, and I couldn't have been happier with life there. Everything from the logistics of moving in, life at NoHo, and transitioning out (mail, bills, keys, et.c) was comfortable and smooth. Of course there are going to be some complaints with any apartment complex, but the real defining attribute of NoHo was the way that the leasing office, maintenance, and upper management handle issues. Super Nice! Great apartments with even better amenities! Pool, gym,and a lounge with free wifi and cable t.v.'s in each building. The have events several times a month for their residents and offer valet trash. Animal friendly, gated parking lot and offer garages and storage units for rent. Over all a great place to live!
Noho Flats The floorplans and common areas are openly designed and stylish. The pool areas feature cabanas, which are incredibly useful for a day by the water. The location leaves a little to be desired, but its still relatively adjacent to downtown. Maintenance staff is extremely friendly and repairs are done quickly and with a smile.
Never Move Here This complex only cares about their new building. They have advised residents not to park in the parking lot they have paid for and will then tow you if you park there. Received a $250 ticket after workers on site told me not to park in my designated area. There are regularly nails and construction materials in the parking lot and construction workers make no effort to clean them up. There are regularly massive semi trucks and fork lifts entering and exiting the parking lot and blocking the road for up to 20 ... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE I am going to start off with a warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can give one star for prompt maintenance and for the location, but I am going to tell you why one star is all they deserve and may even be a little excessive. It is unsafe to live here. Worst Renting Experience Ever Noho Flats has been the single worst living experience that I’ve ever had. This is mainly due to STYL which is the management company. They are unresponsive and have regularly closed many amenities around the building without giving appropriate notice or communicating to residents clear timelines. The package room is disorganized making it difficult to locate your packages. Don't fall for it... For demographic purposes, I am in my early thirties and am a physician. The nighttime noise and “crowd control” problems at NoHo Flats make this place unlivable. This is not the place for anyone who isn’t in college and/or has “real job” responsibilities. Verified Renter I do not have a positive review to leave at this time. I have had extreme pest issues since December 2019. It has been brutal communicating with the front office. I have had to follow up constantly.
