I was able to submit my application online and electronically sign to accept my pre-closing documentation. After I submitted my loan application I had to wait several months for my divorce decree to be finalized. During the wait Nora's team kept me informed and had my loan application ready for closing on the closing date that had been scheduled several months after the application date. There were no changes to dates, closing figures. Closing was smooth, no surprises. Very efficient!

My situation was a bit complicated - on a work visa from overseas. Good credit score but only 18 month credit history. Nora and her team were incredible to deal with. They got conditional approval so we could put an offer in. Then they worked with us on our preferred mode of communication (SMS/Email) to get the required information to finalize the loan through to closing. I have worked with Nora twice so far: once to purchase a home and again to refinance. Nora is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. She was helpful in explaining her company, her role in the mortgage lending process, and never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question.
