On the day of the appt (our time slot was between 8-9am), we received a text letting us know the technicians were on their way @ 8:10. Soon after we received a text from each of the techs letting us know how soon they would be here. They both arrived on time! They wore masks, they wore booties (to keep your floors clean). RecommendedWes came out and was very professional and thorough after diagnosing our circuit breaker issue. He was on time and explained and showed me everything that needed to be fixed. I actually was able to understand what he was explaining to me. I’m not knowledgeable at all about this type of issue.
