Friendly,caring and punctual
Debbie is the greatest hygienist. She always makes me feel like I am at home. I was irritated at my visit because I found out I had another cavity!!! This would be 2 in the past year. In the previous 11 years seeing Dr. Ashley, I never had a cavity. Dr. Ashley kept on asking what is different in what I am doing? The bottom line, dried fruit! I am going to have to give it up. I like Dr. Ashley because she gets to the "root" of the problem! She is the best.
My wait time was about 5 seconds, the staff is as friendly as family, and the procedure was exactly as explained.
I was taken in with virtually "no wait" when I called with an "urgent" issue. It was so pleasant to have the phone answered by a live human being instead of an automated answering system that required a bunch of numbered responses. The offices are beautifully decorated -- very home-like -- everything to immediately put you at ease: comfy furniture, coffee service, snacks, lots of the latest magazines, a play room for children.
