It's 108 degrees outside and we discover that we were missing the backup key for our storage locker. Went into the office to buy another lock and was just going to cut my own lock off. Not thinking anything of it, the staff informed me it was against the storage laws to cut or grind any locks yours or not. My apologies to them and not aware of these laws. The grounds are very secure. I like the block wall all the way around outer storage facility along with added barbed wire fence and padded gate code. Front office is clean. The staff greats everyone in a professional and friendly manner. I highly reccomend this business.

Long time customer I have been, 2 separate units$300 a month plus insurance,got robbed 3 times Sun Aug 27 23 insurance no good, place is not safe, I'm moving,

Rented online on Sunday. They charged my card then texted me unit number and it was ready. I loaded my truck and headed there. There was nobody there and my ready unit had their lock on it. The help number listed was a foreign guy who had no idea what to do. Do what I did. Go someplace else where someone is willing to help you
