Beware! Pro-rate to get you in, but forget it about prorating when you move out. Their discount online is just to get you in there. And they don't email messages like they claim they would do with your email. All in all my experience was fine moving in, but moving out the woman turned vicious. $12.00 is a bonus for her then so be it, but I couldn't wait until the end of July to remove all my things. The women that operate this facility are rude and unreasonable - which is an understatement. After explaining my code was on my dead phone and I needed a charge to it to retrieve the code or let out of the facility, I was forced to stay in the facility while she went inside the building and continued with her duties at the facility. I was hot and tired after driving four hours in a 30 year old VW, and essentially locked inside a storage facility with no restroom or water. Putting all your stuff into storage for whatever reason, usually isn't an enjoyable thing to do. North Chester Mini Storage has made the process relatively worry free, and affordable. Their onsite managers are professional, courteous, and available to answer any questions. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easily accessible to tenants. I would recommend their facility to anyone looking for storage space in the Bakersfield area. VERY satisfied tenant ! Thanks again !
