I cannot say enough positive things about this facility! So, so pleased with this animal hospital. I took my puppy here for the first time to be neutered and the staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The hospital itself is very clean and organized. The doctor and technicians answered every question or concern I had and made me feel comfortable before and after the surgery. Can't say enough good things about this facility. Took my dog to get spayed here a few days ago and she is healing just fine. The staff and vet were very kind and clearly explained how her surgery would go. The facility was clean and organized. They even clipped her nails and didn't charge. Will use in the future!
I have been bringing my fur babies to NFAH since 2011! Always great service, friendly staff, convenient location, and awesome offerings! Love you guys!
I just moved here a couple months ago. After looking around for a new vet, I decided to give North Florida Animal Hospital a try. And based on her bio - especially the fact that she specializes in feline medicine - I chose Dr. Heather Terhune. I wasn't disappointed! I brought my cat in for his first visit this morning and Dr. Heather was fabulous. She didn't make me bring him to the exam table, gently examined him as he kept trying to hide behind my purse, and was so bright and friendly! I definitely made the right decision ... read more
