I was a walk-in today and waited for 21/2 hours. That was not the worst part. The worst part was how I was treated. Not one of the ladies at reception said one word to me the entire time that I was sitting there. "I am sorry that you have to wait so long"; would have been nice. After 2 1/2 hours, I told one of the girls that I was leaving. Her response, "OK". I then stated, "I will not be back." Again she responded, "OK". Terrible customer service from Tyler. He was rude and condescending, cut me off while I was speaking.I can’t believe 5 years coming to this office and usually staff is knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, Tyler is new and was unprofessional and needs remediation. I decided to transfer my services to Animal Hospital and Pet Resort @ Southwood. I return the manager call and left a message but we never got a chance to speak about employee’s unpleasant behavior.
