it's all about the money. They Vet didnt care about helping my kitty that was very sick. They couldn't even read the CBC report. I hope it eats at them every day how they chose money over an animal and that they made my kitty suffer for 4 days.... nothing more then money hungry animal killers.

I am Canadian and am bringing my cat home with me to Canada on a 3000 mile journey. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my cat in for a health check-up and certificate for travel and they booked me an appointment within the week and got everything done today in a half hour appointment. They were gentle and kind with my cat and answered all my questions. Their prices are also very reasonable. Thank you for helping to make this journey a little less stressful for Willis and I. We really appreciate it.

North Florida Animal Hospital in Tallahassee really let me and my dog down. We travelled two hours for OFA hip and elbow x-rays ... the clinic assured me that they would allow me to see the x-rays and go over them with me, but they refused to provide me copies. They failed to return my dog's registration certificate to me upon check out. They gave him a rabies vaccine, then said they didn't, then said they did. I was finally able to get the certificate. When I complained, the vet was rude and condescending. Also, the waiting... read more

Business response:

Ann, we are so sorry to know how dissatisfied you are following your visit. We do provide complimentary leashes on both sides of the lobby, and have signs asking that all pets be on a leash, but we will take your comments about the lobby to heart and consider any changes we can make to ensure a more comfortable environment. Our hospital completes OFA radiographs on a regular basis, and we are always happy to provide owners with an email copy of images upon request. We have confirmed these were sent multiple times, so we apol... read more

I trusted NFAH with my dog, it turns out the very was just our for money as she kept on prescribing medication that perpetuated and worsened my dog’s skin issue. My dog started going to NFAH as a puppy at around 5-6 months. One day she lost a small, thin patch of fur so we came to the NFAH to find out what was wrong. We were told she had an allergy. The vet put her on pills that made her loose more hair and after doing more research on the medicine, I had found out it was not recommended on dogs that young and was had bad li... read more
