The people there are like family.
They are all about the money. I was unemployed in March due to Covid-19 I went to their office March 24th to explain my situation that I couldn't afford being in their care plan and they have completely ignored me but I get emails constantly threatening me for each month that I have been unable to pay. I had to put a stop payment on my bank account in April because they would not work with me or unenroll me from the plan.
