Dr. Flack, D.D.S. and Dr. Schuck, D.D.S. and their dental staff is very professional and treat you like family. It's in their name! They make sure you are part of the dental care treatment plan and keep you informed with procedures and billing. North Mankato Family Dentistry is a relaxed and caring environment and their dental procedures are painless and efficient. They follow-up with a phone call after treatment to see how you are doing. I had a cleaning today and exam. They truly care about you and go out of there way to make you as comfortable as possible.
I have always felt welcomed and extremely comfortable with the staff. They helped me overcome my fear of the dentist office and now I look forward to going to an appointment. The staff not only has been friendly, they have always been honest about the state of my teeth and costs. Today I went in for a regular check-up and I felt that they were very professional in helping me decide on what my options were for fillings and have always worked with me in the past for paying for it.
Lower tooth extraction today. I was comfortable during procedure Staff friendly and very competent in their dentistry,techniques. Minimal discomfort during the numbing of tooth. I recommend this Dental Office and Dr. Flack to other people who need dental work done.

Thanks to Laura for the great job she did on cleaning my teeth and for Dr. Flack for giving special detail to my teeth, some of which needed a little attention and he was able to do it that day. Thanks again!
